Boise's Office of Economic Development works closely with the Boise Chamber of Commerce to support the existing businesses in the City of Trees. We also collaborate almost daily on outreach efforts to attract new companies to the Boise Valley through the Chamber's "Boise Valley Economic Partnership" program.

The City of Boise focuses primarily on Business Retention & Expansion. The chamber's role on behalf of the City comes in the form of its "Small Business Success Division."  The chamber's division uses this slogan: "We Champion the Success of Small Businesses."
